HERD SIRE BREEDING AUCTIONS 2010

 Check out the STIMULUS AUCTION following the donations of the proven herd sires! 

Breedings to these proven herd sires will be auctioned off at the Southwest Regional Alpaca show. Auction winners will be announced at the Saturday night banquet. ABA is grateful to the owners of these fine herd sires who are generously donating their services.

Herd Sire Breeding Stimulus Auction

The economy is bad and the Government is bailing out the banks, bailing out the Big 3 auto makers and providing low interest stimulus loans to big business.

So we are asking breeders to help stimulate breeders who may not otherwise choose to obtain high quality breedings for $1000痴 by donating a high quality breeding at an extremely low starting/acceptance price.

We are looking for 2 breeding males of each of the following colors:

White-Beige  Fawn  Brown  Rose-Grey  Silver-Grey  Black

Here are the kickers:

No free stalls, No free sponsorship

A minimum starting/acceptance price of $500

Breedings are guaranteed

Cost includes at a minimum, a progesterone test and 30 days agisting.

Breedings to be taken within the calendar year

Proceeds will be split 50/50 between the owner(s) of the male and the ABA!!

Do you have a male with a sought after pedigree? Do you have a show winner? Do you have a male with amazing fleece statistics? How about a male with all the above that is just starting his breeding career? Every male needs cria on the ground to become a herd sire and this is a great event to let that happen and to help out another breeder and the ABA.
