HERD SIRE BREEDING AUCTIONS 2012

Breeding your quality dams to quality herdsires is a time proven method of increasing the value of your herd. At the 2012 SWRAS event, breedings to some very nice males will be auctioned off as part of the event's silent auction. Auction winners will be announced at the Saturday night banquet.

ABA is grateful to the owners of these fine herd sires who are generously donating their services to benefit the organization.

Please show your support of these donating owners and the ABA by bidding and bidding often for one of these donated breedings for your herd.

Do you have a male with a sought after pedigree? Do you have a show winner? Do you have a male with amazing fleece statistics? How about a male with all the above that is just starting his breeding career? Every male needs cria on the ground to become a herd sire and this is a great event to let that happen and to help out another breeder and the ABA.

• Despite the donation of the breeding, we can not offer free stalls or free sponsorship
• A minimum starting/acceptance price of $500 is where the auction will start.
• Breedings are guaranteed
• The winning bid price will include at a minimum, a progesterone test and 30 days agisting.
• Breedings to be taken within the calendar year
• Donating Farm must provide advertisment to present their herdsire on the internet and at the show
• Proceeds will be split 50/50 between the owner(s) of the male and the ABA!!
