In order to conduct business at our show being held at the State Fairgrounds, vendors must be licensed by both the City of Phoenix and State of Arizona. The forms are super easy, and both are available for transient or short-term vendors. Nothing too scary or expensive either.
The City does comes to events and checks for licensure 100% of the time., so if you plan to vend with us, you must get these permits done. They take from 3-10 days to process. Print out the applications, fill them out, and mail them to the City & State with a check.

Electric and phone lines will be installed by facility specific to your submitted order on the vendor registration form, so please don't forget any of the items you may need on your registration form. Additionally, the facility prevents exhibitors and vendors from hanging or attaching any banners or signs from the walls themselves. This can be done, for a fee if necessary ~ please discuss any requests with Joan Coster in advance.
Vendors must supply their own displays. Each vendor is responsible for the safety, protection and liability insurance of their booth and merchandise. No responsibility is assumed for loss or damage to merchandise, display, canopies or participants by Alpaca Breeders of Arizona. Overnight security is provided for your convenience. Payment is due at the time of registration.
Registration deadline is February 20th, 2010. A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from any refunds for cancellations received before February 13th, 2010; all fees are non-refundable after that date.
